The fimble.io site (“Service”) is provided by iProject LLC, a Milwaukee based partnership. Fimble provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of Fimble policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information Fimble receives from users of fimble.io (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to Fimble through the Service. Fimble Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and Fimble will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Service at Privacy policy.

The Personally Identifiable Information Collected

9. Fimble may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
10. We specifically use Google Analytics to analyse how users reach and interact with our site and web application. We collect, store and analyse this information for the purpose of providing the best service and improvements to all our subscribers and visitors.
11. We have specifically engaged Inspectlet to analyse the behavior of visitors of this website and of the web application. Inspectlet’s authorized use of cookies and other tracking technologies enable it to have access to Personal Information of visitors to this website and the related web application. Such access to and use of Personal Information by Inspectlet is governed by Inspectlet’s Privacy Policy Handling sensitive data.

Changing or Deleting Your Information
13. You may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in your registration or Account profile. But this information must be accurate and true.

14. Fimble is very concerned with safeguarding your information. Fimble employs reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Data
15. Fimble uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage and related technology required to run the service. Although Fimble owns the code, databases and all rights to the Fimble application, you retain all rights to your files and data.
